As our Volunteer Development Team Lead you will be part of our District Leadership Team and will have responsibility for leading our Volunteer Development Team and for making sure all volunteers in our District have a positive and enjoyable volunteering experience. This will include overseeing areas such as recruitment and welcoming of new adult volunteers, supporting adult training in conjunction with the Local Training Manager as well as overseeing our awards and recognition process.
Atherstone District is a growing District with huge potential for further growth and therefore we are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting our adult volunteers and joining us in shaping the next stages in our journey which aims to offer more scouting opportunities to young people and adult volunteers across Atherstone.
