As our Assistant District Commissioner (Growth) you will be part of our District Support Team.
In this role you will work closely with both Groups and the District to help deliver the District’s vision for sustainability and growth across the District. This role is new to our structure and will encompass many important areas such as volunteer recruitment, introductions of new volunteers, growth, identifying new provision as well as building existing links with our community partners.
You will also work in partnership with both our internal and external stakeholders including our community partners to develop new and existing provisions. At times you will also work in partnership with the Regional Services Team on projects relating to this area of work.
Atherstone District is a growing District with huge potential for further growth and therefore we are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting our adult volunteers and joining us in shaping the next stages in our journey which aims to offer more scouting opportunities to young people and adult volunteers across Atherstone.
